Subscriptions for 2010 became due on the 1st January. We do
have a few members that have forgotten to update their standing orders,
so if you could check that the correct amount has left your accounts
(£8 single, £10 joint for UK members) the Treasurer would
be very happy.

2010 Calendar
The 2010 Calendar is now available.
The cost of the 2010 Calendar reduced to £3.00 plus £1
package and postage in the UK. For those of you who are abroad
or if you wish to buy more than one please contact Ann for postage
costs. Paypal is available but don't forget to add the charges.

Newsletter
The Summer Newsletter has now been dispatched along
with the Open Show schedule and a replacement page for the yearbook
(due to a printers error) to all fully paid up members.
Committee Meetings
The next committee meeting for the Society will be held on the 10th
October 2010. If you wish any items to be placed on the agenda they
must be made in writing to the Secretary.

PayPal Information
For those who do not know how to use the PayPal system, below are a
few simple guidelines.
Assuming you do not already have a PayPal account, you need to go
to www.paypal.co.uk. Click on Sign Up
to get a "free" personal account and follow instructions.
Once you are signed up, click on Send Money
Then all you need to do is:
- Enter the amount £???? plus
paypal charges (If in doubt, please check with the Treasurer)
- Enter our email address where requested (treasurer@fieldspanielsociety.co.uk)
- Follow the remaining instructions displayed on the screen.
The funds will be sent directly to us. We will receive an email confirmation
that the funds have been sent. You will receive an email confirmation
that your funds have been paid.
The transaction will then be completed.

Photographs with Show Results
Photographs of the principle winners (BOB, CC winners,
Res.CC winners & Best Puppy) are included with the Show Results (where
such photographs are available). Owners of the principle winners can
ensure that photographs of their dogs are included for future
shows by sending photos electronically via email to cherryl@soberhill.co.uk.
Photographs must include a statement by the owner that either
he/she owns the copyright of the photo or the photographer has granted
permission for the photograph to be reproduced on the FSS website. Photos
will not be included without this declaration.
Preferred photograph size is a maximum of 800 x 600 pixels. Larger photographs
will be scaled down.
